This series began as a studio cleanup, aka The Great Purge.
My place was littered with piles of collage materials. Some were found objects but most were things I made. They were never used for various reasons: time, stumped or fear (of failure).
As I began digging through them, I rediscovered the precious gems I had squired away. My imagination was reignited, and I was entranced by their possibilities again. This was an opportunity I couldn’t pass on.
A mess will wait, but inspiration must be seized!
