2005, Installation at Vox Populi
Philadelphia, PA
Variable 12' H x 13' W x 23' D
I came to this installation driven more by an obsession with a form then with a specific agenda. A long sloping shape emerged from the far wall and expanded in width as it laps into the room. The surface was made of overlapping strips of oxidized gold metal leaf. The curving form was supported underneath by a tangled forrest of wooden sticks. Lit from below, the walls were covered with twilight tinged shadows. This was be my eighth and final show as a Vox Populi Member.
