Mixed Media on Paper

Paper Size 26" H x 20" W

 

In this series I wanted to review my basic visual
concerns: composition, line, texture and surface.
The title refers to the impression that they are
aerial diagrams of archeological digs.
The work is assembled in layers. A variety of
mediums have been applied to different sheets
of mylar including, aluminum leaf, India ink and
acrylic paint.
